Microsoft does HR, and Dynamics does HR really well. Although it's not as shiny as some products out there, the data model, the security, and the information management journey are strong enough that even I, as a vigilant HR Information professional can breathe a sigh of relief.
Not only does Microsoft do HR, but they do employee experience too! All those cool bits of software you've been buying, for engagement, culture, and communications can also be serviced by Microsoft tooling. There are lots of components to this which I've tried to draw together below:
